^ THIS *giving this thread a small bump since we do want a proper response*So after almost reading the whole thread I'm really disappointed. I eagerly awaited the campaign to come to the EU because being one of the many players who want the Maid/ Butler Attire.. and now look how it turned out. I'm not from the UK myself so I'm waiting for the campaign to come to Germany, too. I'm a bit afraid of that though. Thought about ordering the last issue but I probably won't do that anymore after seeing that the stock isn't even enough for UK players itself. And it really is saddening how the players have trouble obtaining the magazines. A lot of people said it before but we're paying for this game and I do understand it's a campaign where you have to do something to obtain the items but still.
I hope SE will answer to this mess properly soon.
I just want to hear what the other promos will be, before the last issue of the magazine is out. I don't want to be left empty handed because of indecision which promo to participate in (I am not a UK citizen, and the other promos are not in my country, but I am from Europe).
So as someone from the UK, if I don't do this campaign am I screwed? or can I participate in the other campaigns?
You should be able to - it's just a matter of hoping there isn't a shortage of codes in the future versions of the campaign. I fear the language barrier may be a huge issue. If the sites hosting it in, say, Germany don't have an English translation then for those of us who don't speak the language it'll be tough. Plus it could be limited to physical purchases.
I just want something digital I can throw money at to get the codes.
I think the fact that this topic is now almost 70 pages long says all that needs to be said. Please just add the outfits, masks and mounts to the Mogstation to save yourselves and the playerbase grief!
I have trust that SE won't do something like this again, at this point it would be very dangerous for them to do so, and all they can do to fix the mess of this campaign at this point is to simply not do it again. Language isn't too much of an issue, Chrome has a built in auto-translate feature, so viewing webpages about other campaigns should be fine (as it is, the fan fest in Germany is an English speaking event). You should be able to - it's just a matter of hoping there isn't a shortage of codes in the future versions of the campaign. I really don't like boycotting things that I want on principle, but at this point SE have put me in a situation where I can't participate in this event even if I wanted to, either out of not getting the codes, or fear of not getting the codes in the future, which as someone from the country that the event is meant for (sorry rest of europe, but this is the UK event) is not acceptable at all.
It's meant for everyone who has an EU account and won't get an event for their own country. For example, your close neighbor Ireland.
Note: Separate campaigns offering the same in-game items are currently being planned for those residing in: France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand and Nordic territories. Further details on these campaigns will be posted at a later date.

Not really as there been other threads that have easily out done this thread in number of pages for something like "fantasia or riot" Length of a thread doesn't really impact it importance if that what you referring to.
You'll be able to. It's more a matter of concern on what sponsors SE chooses for other countries. For example I'm not sure any of our videogame magazines ship abroad (I'm in Italy), because there isn't much demand of italian videogame articles out of our borders. SE better be very careful with this.
Why didn't they just stick to Amazon..? /sigh

People don't know how to take criticism anymore, and bad play is rewarded with with a coddling mentality. Yes, this is a casual game for the most part - that doesn't mean people need to walk on eggshells in fear of getting reported for pointing out things. This whole 'please don't say anything even slightly negative' mentality that we seem to be going towards and the devs seemingly pushing towards it is creating a disturbing trend.
