    Last pages of people patting each other on the back saying that those who don't like the changes should just deal with it or stop playing, because that is best for the longevity of this game. Great.

    Thank you for the response Rukkirii. I hope Mocchi and Matsui understands that there is still a significant population of players who would like to see the difficulty to be scaled back a bit for regular leveling, but not to a point of "1.18 EZ mode" as the hardcore elitists put it. Please consider both parties advice into account. You need to keep the game accessible for those who are trying it out, and not just cater to a bunch of people who turn their noses at those who only wish to spend 1-2 hours on the game a day solo-lowman and still have decent progress and enjoy longer fights because longer fights = CHALLENGE.

    Please understand that there are equal amounts of players who are pleased and displeased with the battle/exp changes in this patch. We will probably learn to adapt, but considering this thread, I'm sure you can see it is still a very hotly debatable topic, just like the AH vs MW was (and still is).

    But thanks for the response regardless. I see it was SE's intention to change the dynamics of the game from the ground up. It just needs some tweaking but I can kind of see where they're coming from.

    I got my butt kicked by a level 3 star marmot as a level 1 pug and loved it. Once I upgraded my gear to notweathered stuff, I was able to start taking on things a couple levels above me, but anything past 3 or so and it goes from tough but manageable to epic and risky, and trying something 6+ above me is almost assured death. I've never been so happy getting owned before because now I feel like I'm doing something instead of feeling like I'm using a crappy bot where I have to manually target each mob for it.

    I feel gimp as heck, but I don't mind because my gear IS gimp. Now my gear means something.

    The changes pretty much made monsters above your own Level more difficult to kill, especially alone. I am glad that an 'Even Match' is actually a doable fight lol. As for leves.... probably cant do those at 5 stars anymore unless in a group. Maybe not even 3 stars unless you are 6 ranks higher than the camp.... They pretty much made it nearly impossible for a soloist to get the difficulty and speed bonus together.

    It mostly depends on what enemies you're fighting. But there's one note I've got to make I think the devs should consider doing and that's reviewing the overall levels of mobs in the Grand Company leves. Since I'm capped at Rank 50 I don't dare go higher than 3 star, 4 star's pushing it and likely asking for failure. Since these can only be taken on solo it seems pointless they allow you to scale the difficulty of enemies up so high.

    The one mob I've come across that I feel got way overpowered from the rebalancing is those damn flytraps, who kick your ass even if you're at their level (at least, they do if you're a Glad lol). They send them in groups and they shoot you from pretty much anywhere, spam Heavy so you can't move and use their TP attacks willy-nilly. Really sucks when you have a solo quest and you get three of those guys.

    I do greatly enjoy that goddamn Fachans and Devilets got nerfed to high hell though. XD

    As of now, sure I feel the battles a little more difficult, but it does feel balanced.

    Moles are a pain in the ass, more so than they were before. Maybe it's just because they take longer to kill now and have more of a chance to dive underground, but i was doing a leve with them earlier and they were literally diving underground 3-4 times in a row. How can they even have TP for that? I'd get in one hit and they were gone again. It was the most annoying fucking thing ever. (This was on glad)
