It wouldn't be fair to now charge EU players $12 for a mount the rest of us got for nothing, but I appreciate they can't just give them away. So a small price for EU seems like the best solution.
I probably misunderstood you but you say $12 while the 3 magazines we have to buy in order to get the mount are 27E = +-$30.
