    /facepalm would be perfect for me, when I'm trying to push on with MSQ & my Miqo'te buddy stops at every opportunity to challenge someone to Triple Triad lol.

    Currently using /pdead for this, but it's a bit dramatic...!

    /facepalm is an emote. It was added back in HW and it's a default emote.
