The question is not this from my point of view, it is rather I don't believe at all that what people ask and expect will be successfull. Why? This is not at all what I know from people. What you (not personaly, you as generality) propose could work for you, maybe , but individual is not universal. Since I consider I'm an exception in your rules, I imagine I'm probably not the last for whom your expectations could fail. Plus I don't believe what you suggest will be implemented by SE.
I probably should have started by this rather trying to present on other point of view. You can encourage, you will never force. Personal statistics could work, any kind of competition (aka public parser) can lead people to leave the game if competition replace fun. The line for SE is very thine.
To come back to the idea from NovaLevossida, I think it is too complicated for SE, they will not add a feature that will not be effective, fair and objectiv in reality, even if it looks like on the paper.

So it is up to Yoshida to include Healer Damage into Dungeons and Raids (and those who're willing to do will do so) to get rid of that Attitude most Players have currently against Healers.

I don't know if this was right time to enter the discussion but I see nothing wrong with system that demands you be a little bit more flexible in role for the party. I think there are many players skilled enough to be up to task, but some people just are not comfortable with the idea. The risk of failure makes them not even want to try smh.
I don't need to I already did in my very first post. When he/she jumped me to begin with it was after I stated my opinion on rewards for players that contribute more, not just healers btw. Why do you think I stated I'm going to be off subject but people won't seem to drop it about healers doing dmg? Seems like your their backbone why's that?

your first post here. you didnt even mention rewarding healers who dps. lets try again. whats wrong with rewarding healers who DO DPS? this question is directed at healers, not any other role, so dont bring those up. and just in case you do, dps can be rewarded for using mitigation skills, and tanks for doing a certain amount of dps.
