Sadly you forget this is a game for a lot of people not a way of life.

There is a difference between a single player game and a multi player game. The difference is: in a multiplayer game you play together with others. Similar to games you play in teams in real life, the others in your team do expect that everybody is trying to do its best and to get better.´

In real life games, leeching is no option, when you want to play that game and not to sit outside and watch how the others do play.
