Logged in today and got ready to buy... then realized they skipped me on the Presale code. I have no idea how - I never changed my subscription and I even have the code from 2 years ago. And now it's sold out? Seriously?

I hate to be that person, but why didn't you check for your pre-sale code when they announced they were sending them out? Support was super willing to help those who were subbed get their code (support even helped people while the tickets were on sale).

You had an entire week to send support a ticket. They even sent out a notice saying to contact them several days ago if you hadn't gotten one by then.

Got my wife's and my tickets last night. Booked the hotel. Now the wait is on.

Tickets sold out! Is there any plans on adding more tickets on the day general release for the tickets was going to take place? My nephew wanted to get in on it, but wasn't given a pre-sale code.

Presale codes weren't set to people who opted out of e-mails from SE. So.. if you've ever unsubscribed from SE mails.. then that's the cause of not getting the presale code. That being said there was about a week of ramp-up and warning regarding this. Should have had the notices more prominent on the launcher though.

Interesting. I never opted out of e-mails, but I also never got the pre-sale code (I did for the last fanfest).

Not that I was planning on buying tickets or anything, just interesting.
