I've not beaten this raid yet, but I absolutely love it! Please do not nerd if! It will feel nerfed soon enough with increase ilvl. I rather enjoy feeling challenged on something that is not Savage Mode. I would sign this a billion times if I could.

ran it last night, wiped 3 times to Ozma then it was a near flawless run. Then we one shotted the last boss. Awesome raid!
I don't want Weeping City to be nerfed! I don't want this to be another Faith of Steps where people can't be bother to learn the fight and actually you know...WORK AS A TEAM!!! Come on! Just leave it as it is and maybe some people will learn some humility and learn to work together.

Everyone who cares has probably liked your opening post and left but I think a strawpoll would be good too to see how many people want it nerfed and don't.
I think a "Vote: extend time" at the end of the base time will help a lot.
Without the penalty for the people who want to leave.
Yes, please! We had too many great battles destroyed by nerfs already.
While i certainly like the extra difficulty, and i believe we can all agree that they nailed it just right with this new raid, i have a few doubts whether or not this is a viable approach for the long run.
My concerns by running a few runs of weeping city are:
1)Most people have the mindset of going in 24man raids for a chilled run, hell half of the people are semi afk or don't use all their skills. The fault here is solely with SE making all previous 24 man raids a faceroll, for example Void Ark.
2)People don't focus on tactics, they just avoid the basic stuff and dps, introduce the slightest of tactics such as ozma meteors and wipes occur.
3)The raid timer is not friendly for learning groups, my experience is that by the time everyone understands tactics and you can progress, you will run out of time, making the whole run a waste, since you cant just re-apply with the same people.
4)People that know tactics have a short temper and will either rage-quit or spam Vote Abandon with every wipe. If a tank or healer leaves good luck getting a replacement before time runs out.
Ran it last night. Alliance A practically carried the whole raid. Very nice people and explained the mechanics to everyone. They were model adventurers that made the entire experience fun for us learning it.

Eh? None of the CT raids were faceroll easy when they were released. I mean, there are still groups wiping in CT 1 and especially 3 while I've yet to wipe in VA since 2-3 days after release. So it's really only a problem for those that didn't play when CT was released and take VA as the norm of 24 man raiding, which is only in part SEs fault.
