Aquapolis Raiders (story time, folks!)

We got through it three times, was a full group of 8 of us. The group make up was drk, war, mnk,4 smns and me on ast. We ate through that dungeon like you wouldn't believe. The tree clears were the exception, everyone in the group brought along three maps each, and we got the portal about 80% of the time.

Some notable drops we had: two copies of moonlight over thanalan, one copy of another song, dwarf rabbit minion, nutkin, 2 gaelikittens, a luminous fiber, glass fibers, and one person ended up with a full thavnarian set (from all of his maps lol).

Also, this only happened to us once, but the correct door lit up in room 5. (Only got one door lighting up once and that was it.)

i thought 1st door was instant success everytime?? since they more or less show you the correct 1 with all the flashy stuff lol

We never noticed any flashy stuff. We'd just roll /random and whoever got highest got to pick the door.

[EDIT] And we definitely failed the first room repeatedly. Most of the maps were mine.

soo its not just the 1st floor 1?? mayb they show the correct door randomly only once each time?? i found it fun tho and the drops are worth farming imo anyways lol

we only went with a group of 4 nothin really challenged us thats why im curious if mobs are random

The fake outs annoy me, I roll my eyes every time the rainbow light scene pops up.

Overall though, it's not bad.

Arrived at 7th room after 5-6 maps, a lot of minion drops (nutkin, red panda, tiny bulb and paissa) and gil °_°

First time going in made it all the way down! Got a Thanvairian Buster and a Blue Bird amongst other stuff that run.

Second try we only made it to the second room. But all in good fun.

Did 9 maps, 4 were dungeons, of those we got to the 2nd room twice, ended on the 1st room once and got a bonus boss and on the 9th map we made it all the way.

How we decided which door? I flipped a nickle each time. Its a real lucky nickle now.

Me and some FC mates ran it. On our second go, we got all the way to floor 7. I managed to get a piece of the Thav set I was missing, as well as some carbontwine (Or wire or whatever) as well as an expedition top. It was a pretty wild. The doors would constantly lock up only for the room to do a rainbow light show and we could continue on

It's pretty fun and addictive. I made a decent amount of money through doing maps with a group earlier today. I mostly got gil, some crafting materials and I saw a bunch of minions/glamour gear drop. I got a Minute Mindflayer to add to my minion collection.

We never made it past the fifth floor though. We did see a cyclops mini boss spawn three times and well as treasure goblins spawning twice. That spiced it up further.

It's what I hoped Diadem would be, honestly. So I'm looking forward to seeing how the Palace of the Dead is like.

Did a bunch of maps yesterday, only got in maybe 5 or 6 times. Never got past room 3 though.

The doors trolled us once, pretending to shut then getting all ring bows and whatnot and opening up to let us pass.

Never saw any indicators beforehand which was the correct door though. I'm not sure if the game decides when you first get in what the correct door is, or if it decides during the animation. If it's beforehand, then my entire group were falling prey to 50/50/90 entirely too much. If it's decided during the animation, then the game was rolling against us too much!
