I am soo glad not to be a rich person ! Until we get a possibility to buy each a house, we are bound to see these ridiculous things happen.

One day I will own my own house..eventually but for now I can only be an observer to the fight for the house contest...

They don't exactly care. This is one of those "ignore it and maybe it'll go away" things for them, given that even their own GMs don't know whether it's against the rules or not (since some have said such practices are allowed while others have not).

I recall a certain person claiming to have 15 houses for sale, 75 mil for smalls, and 50 for smalls in the goblet...
They were also shouting it all in caps in one of tha main cities.
ANd had a party finder up...


Little bit later that party finder listed them in the Gaol.
That person certainly got some attention....

What "pisses me off" are these people still coming up on the forums and saying they have the same right to own 90 houses with 90 different alts than anybody else xD. Spoiledness and entitlement at its maximum splendor. They'd rather kill the game than having 3 mansions instead of 10. The only thing these people will accomplish is forcing SE to ultimately apply some drastic measures, which we may not like.

Hearing all the drama, I've never been happier worn decision to not want a house. Although, I am hoping my FC friend whom I lent gil to managed to get his.

New wards and plots added and rich people buy all of them and resell for absurd prices. Can't they put a freaking limit on the houses that people can own? Residential area are just turning into ghost towns. Imho only the FC's should be able to purchase the houses and just make instanced apartments for those that don't want to be a part of an FC. They should just refund the people that bought personal housing and give them a chance to buy a loft or whatever in one of the main cities.

Yep I checked the plot that I wanted and in every new ward it was private owner except one. What a private owner needs with a medium or large house is beyond my other than bragging rights. My FC which I ranked to 6 by myself so I could get a house is going to remain small and houseless because of a greed on the part of the player base and incompetence on the part of SE.

I'm in Gilga, Last house I saw sold in Limsa was at 3:12 AM. Uldah there was still plenty at 3:22 am
