I agree, it's not right to boot someone who fails at their job unless you really have no choice (like a tank who can't hold agro in a high level dungeon such as vault or something or a DPS who auto attacks because laziness). I was in a totorak with a mrd who, despite repeated pleas from the group, almost never used overpower and only occasionally did their combos. But we persevered regardless with me on my leveling mnk taking and holding agro 70% of the time. We even managed to finish the dungeon in a timely manner because the rest of the group was able to pick up the slack. This won't always be the case of course, it's up to the group to decide if it's possible, but finishing the dungeon made me prouder than it would have if it'd been just a regular run.
I should mention this mrd was a sprout and this was his highest level character, not some multi level sixty player who was trolling. It could have been a kid.
