Did Brayflox with a friend last night. Things went smoothly until the last leg of the dungeon, when the tank wanted to do the couerl boss for the ring. The MCH wasn't pleased and ran off to Aiatar, triggering the cutscene whilst we were in the combat. I got a bit annoyed, but simply said "dude" because maybe they did it by mistake? Nope. MCH responded with this:

"yeah"
"no"
"waste your own time pls"

Mind you, the tank didn't do anything to make the run slower, and the couerl boss doesn't take that long to kill. But it did because the MCH refused to help us. So first, they complain we're wasting time, then they end up wasting more time? Congratulations. You played yourself. Anyways we votekicked them afterwards, and got a nice BRD. Finished the dungeon with little trouble.

Anyways. I'm sorry, but please don't ever do this. You're just wasting more time for yourself and being unfair to others in your party.

I was trying really hard to Sacred Soil, Adlo, and Lustrate myself so I could eat two of the orbs. But it wasn't working so well. >.<

[EDIT] And then I did Trial Roulette with teh boyfriend and we got Shiva HM. Aaand wiped 3 times, lol. Twice from lack of healing and once 'cause the tank cleaved 2/3 of the party (specifically all of the ranged). He was on MNK and I was on BLM.

[EDIT2] I had a really good Prae run to make up for it. Everyone was a vet and all we did was joke around and talk about mechanics. Queued with an FC mate and then Rei queued in and got our commendations for being sneaky.

One time I wiped to Shiva HM bc the main tank was too used to running Extreme and turned the sword cleave on the entire party.

One of my top five favorite wipes.

I ran Antitower as a DRK the other day and somewhere along the way I started losing aggro like crazy. Mobs all over the place like I wasn't even wearing Grit, and I could not figure out what was wrong as I normally don't have any trouble holding aggro. The dps weren't even that crazy fast. Only during the final boss do I figure out what the problem is: my weapon broke.

The dangers of being a leveling crafter and relying on your own repairs rather than the vendors - weapon was the only gear I could not yet repair myself.

Fortunately, after I apologized for my stupidity, the rest of the party laughed rather than raged, and I even got a comm out of it somehow.

Really good runs today, had lots of fun in Mentor Roulette. Copperbell HM ended up popping and we decided to try burning the first boss instead of dealing with bombs. We wiped the first attempt but we nailed it the second one, it was the first time I've ever seen anyone try that strat. During the last boss I found healing was really hard and I couldn't figure out why and then I noticed Eos had managed to get flung across the room and since I had Placed her, she didn't go back. >.<

So today I had the brilliant idea that since I was a WHM with nothing better to do, I'd hurl myself into the toxic spheres at the first boss in Amdapor HM so the black mage and dragoon wouldn't have to move.

Apparently the party noticed and I left with 3 comms. ._.

Had this happen today in DF, I feel sorry for any groups this 51 Archer ends up with in the future. Btw, they died in Ramuh HM (even after claiming this wasn't their first character). Archer is in yellow.

So I thought I would go do my VA before heading to bed... I shouldn't have. I am SCH and I got paired with an AST. 1. The AST would stay in Nocturnal Sect stating that my addlos and Succors are shitty compared to his superior shields.... Great this debate again so I decided to shut up and just DPS, mister wants to be a smarty pants then so be it. Half way he starts saying im shitty for never losing mp... Really?! Again I shut up and do my thing, keep thinking he ain't worth it but I start looking at what he does... He kept giving ewer to BLM and DRK o.o

So anyways I don't saying anything but then before the last boss thr BLM starts saying shit to him about using ewer and that he doesn't need it... AST proceed to tell him that he sure needs it since he always see him get at 0 mp... Im like... What? I examine him, and he has BLM level 60'and he is a Mentor.... When last boss dies half the party told him he was a shitty healer and I just left... I never saw such a bad AST.

FC mate got into a spectacular 40 minute Stone Vigil tonight for her leveling roulette. Party was her on MNK, an AST, an ARC, and WAR. The Archer had no accessories at all. Their left side was decently geared, but that was it. The tank was using STR accessories. When he was asked to use his tank stance, he had no idea what it was. They start out and wipe because the tank was too squishy. The AST was pumping out heals as fast as he could, but it wasn't enough. Tank's HP was too low, and DPS output was bad because one of them was little more than a glorified DoT. I told my friend next time eat the penalty and I'll run roulettes with her.

I see Cnidarian mentioned also encountering an Archer. Is this thing happening again? I play as a class instead of a job for whatever BS reason?

I had a fantastic run of Un-Synced Coil last night.

We started at Turn 5 and finished up Turn 13.

People came and went as life happened but overall it was fun. Thank you everyone.
