How can we improve the way medals are handled if someone DCs or leaves?

If someone DC or quit the match .. No medals should drop. party medal points remain the same and no stacks transfer from the ( Gone member ) to any of the party members. i guess. cuz they lost a member and the enemy team have the upper hand to beat them anyway... so no medal drop is safer for the party that lost a member.
