There is so much hypocrisy in that statement. How about the people who are not apart of nor want to join an FC? Should we just toss them by the wayside because they are individuals and not part of a group? How is that not also selfish?
It's a continuation of the same logic I was responding to. It's hypocrisy to say that one person having something that one other person could otherwise enjoy is selfish, but that one person having something a group of people could otherwise enjoy is just fine and dandy.
If you covet what someone else has, they are selfish for having it. If someone else covets what you have, they are selfish for wanting it. That is the clear hypocrisy; people thinking that their way is the "fair" way, and there is nothing wrong with the fact that their way would benefit them at the cost of someone else.
