Bismarck Story mode.

I think we all somehow forgot about killing bubbles because come last phase they took out a healer and a few dps.

He was only a limit break and some pummeling away from dying though, so I did the melee thing and used the 1 bar that we had

It did just enough damage to where Bismarck was dead shortly after, but at the same time the bubble finished me off too, still on his back.

So as the screen darkened I saw him and me falling down xD

At least I knew I was avenged~

That would be a very nice change. Right now if I see WAR/Mentor, I plan for the worst... Funny thing is, I obv left that run since no penalty, got into another level 50 right away, with a WAR who had the same last name. Alarm bells went off, but this one was quite good, and it was a pleasant run.

This wasn't the end of the world, but I keep seeing people do this. The thing where you tell them what to do and they do nothing. D: It was just Ramuh story mode because I'm getting a char to 60. I was the only one killing adds and no one else was new afaik. So we wipe. The second time around after we said something I was mostly the only one doing it both sets. Or maybe they are just being lazy...

I get Bis Ex in DF, and WHM says she can solo heal so I go in cleric stance as AST. I see both tanks getting low so I take off my cleric stance and start helping and the WHM yells at me so I take cleric stance back on and we wipe... WHM yells at me, again! This time at least tanks backed me up... We do it again but again WHM keeps yelling at me saying that she can solo heal, and one of the tanks got tired of it and yelled back at the WHM to shut up... We finally did it after 2 wipes and me healed with the WHM...

Today I did antitower in expert, and I got the most ignorant whm ever.
The only good thing about the whm is... they talked in chat and initiated the convo.

Told me to go tank stance with 3 mobs, ignoring the fact that its 3 mobs and regen was keeping me completely topped off, with those useless cure 1s overhealing about 50%+
I say I will if you dps.
Whm they contributes aero3 and aero2 while not in cleric stance, and claiming that I'm 'squishly' with 33k hp + cooldowns + self heals.
I ask for holy, says no point holying 3 mobs. (Later when we get to 4-6 mobs still no holy)

But alas, the whm does not see reason. Said whm claims they are a raid leader and hence ????? logic and they're right.
Also the best line ever ' all due respect im the healer ill heal how i want'.
There is no other line in the game that instantly lets you know someone is beyond help and unwilling to improve, and thats 'I do what I want'.

Whatever just finish off the dungeon.
I pity the drg with the whm in the party. Apparently they're in the whm's raid group.
Well good luck, you won't clear anything with the raid leader having the attitude of not letting tank hp go below 95% and never dpsing unless the above is true.

I actually got a horror story in Antitower yesterday as well. Party was a Pld, Whm, Drg, Mch(me) The tank was new, but whatever. So we're making decent progress through the dungeon, and at the trash pull before Ziggy(2nd boss), I use my lb on 5 or 6 mobs. And the tank decides to question why I would do such a thing, and I try to explain that it's more damage for me to use my lb on a bunch of mobs than for the Drg to use his on the upcoming boss. Unfortunately the Drg decided to take the Plds stance on this, and tried saying he was right because he has the lance from sephi ex. The tank also tried saying my claims on my lb being stronger were pointless since I did not know the exact potency of my lb, only that it was slightly weaker than a casters. If I remember, I said that melee lb1 is 2400 pot, caster is 1400 pot, and undershot ranged at 1000 pot. The Drg also thought that potency of an ability was somehow the same as damage done, I forget why, but I mentioned that the pot of my aoe is 120, and he laughed saying that his did over 1k damage. The Whm on the other hand was cool, they didn't say anything until after we won and the other two left, but we had a nice chat when it was just us so props to them.

After a long tiring day I tried to rush expert before reset within 30 minutes. Df gave me a DRK that was fulltime tank stance spamming powerslash combo, a whm that hardly ever cast an offensive spell and a bard doing level 53 dps.
Ontop of the dreadfully slow killspeed, despite me doing savage raid level monk dps, we wiped on the first frog boss in anti tower. Unfortunately, me and the healer got turned into a frog and the tank+bard took so damn long to kill the frog adds that we died to aoe damage.... Moving on,at a snails pace, we ended up taking 33 minutes to clear the dungeon. Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated at the bard and made a snarky remark before leaving. No doubt they must be thinking:"Whoa what an elitist asshole."

Next time tell him the party total weapon damge determines the damage of the LB and not the individual using it. Also if the don't understand AOE potency vs single target... well send them back to school.

Someone in my FC got a Scholar in Copperbell Mines that legit just put the tank on follow and went afk.

They came back to a rude surprise as my FC mate convinced the party to kick them. xD

Sounds like the DRG was just mad he didn't get to wait till 2% to waste the melee LB and feel like a boss.

Also sounds like both he and the PLD were pretty ignorant.
