In 1.0 Oha Sok hid herself in the Staff Nirvana in order to observe man (and decide whether or not to destroy the world again)

I wonder if there's a connection to the original Nirvana Staff in the Zodiac Braves? All the description was that it was a staff that gain consciousness as soon as it's owner "ascended" But what if Oha Sok did the same thing (sealed herself within Nirvana) and decided to help save mankind in the Zodiac Brave's time?
