I wouldn't know. I don't spend my time going through the Japanese version of the game with a fine tooth comb trying to find things we don't have. Are you saying you want pay 2 win in our version of the game? I think you just read that in this thread and people want something to complain about because we love to complain in the West.

I dislike region exclusive items. Many are impossible for European and North American collectors to acquire - and those that can be acquired tend to involve incredible expenses. I hope they add them to the cash shop.

One important thing to note: one of the common answers in the recent live letter implied that resources are very limited. If that's the case...why spend those limited resources on exclusive items for one region?

If you're using a JP account then you're in luck, it was mentioned in the live letter that the codes won't work on NA/EU to prevent people from selling them at a ridiculous price.

I think the biggest issue is that the rewards are highly popular attires that you can be sure everyone and their mom want to glamour at least once. Either way they'll be making a lot of cash if it hits the mogstation. I just hope this won't be happening all that often...

It may make them some money and earn some easy publicity - but it also screws over loyal players and leaves a sour taste in many people's mouths as this thread indicates. Before it's brushed off as 'just whining' I'll state outright that I believe the concerns to be very valid.

Besides - they'll make a lot of money if they simply add them to the cash shop outright in the NA/EU regions.

I haven't had a look at their financial reports or read into why they're in need of money in particular, why is that? Isn't the game subscriptions increasing?

We don't really know the details - it's just something they've implied during numerous Live Letters. My guess would be that their 'big bosses' aren't given them as much money to work with as they could but it also seems like they're working with a small but highly efficient team and they've been looking to add to it if I recall correctly. Finding the right people for the job is likely very difficult though.
