It's already available. You can buy it from the vendor near the Limsa Aetherite for 5K gil. (The nighttime theme isn't available, though. That'd be a good addition.)

By the time the next Rising event comes around, could we get another event Orchestrion Roll? Though there's already a roll for "Answers", I'd love to get one with the special remix arrangement of it that plays during the Rising event. (This is assuming the existing "Answers Orchestrion Roll" plays the standard arrangement and not the Rising event's arrangement.)

The Hymn of Dalamud would be a great addition! Its what I thought the answers orchestration would be I am so glad I didn't buy it!

Please, pretty please add this as soon as possible! I want this in my life lol.

Also the Black shroud theme from 1.2x (not the first one, the one they added later. You can even hear it during the cutscene with the horned girl of the amdapor HM dungeon)
I don't know how that track is called.

I'd also like to vote for "Unspoken" to be added. The original Coerthas theme from 1.0 by Nobuo Uematsu.

The song could come from a vendor in Ishgard to make it make sense, or from some vendor in the Central/Western Highlands. Or from a treasure map from one of those two areas, if possible.

This song is criminally forgotten and really deserves to be kept relevant. Still my favorite track from XIV.
