Last night, tanking expert roulette. Lost city hard, bard and mch, and whm. Bard and mch killing adds extremely slowly. Not using any cooldowns, hawks eye, internal release, blood for blood, raging strikes, nothing. Saw maybe one or cooldown on first boss. Whm wasn't dpsing at all either, and mobs don't hit hard at all in expert. So just standing around. Asked after first boss if the dps use cooldowns or just save for bosses. Mch said "sometimes" then popped all of them on the next single trash mob. Took like 40 minutes. Painful. I don't parse but i knew i was top dps as tank

As in, esoteric accessories.
And a lvl 57 weapon.
I would've noticed very low HP otherwise, and MT without a question.

40, painful, minutes later, we clear the final boss room, in which both adds were ignored for far too long, and all of the idols were killed by me, not the dps. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I'm surprised you didn't kick the healer, it would've been perfectly reasonable since they were not doing their job.

So I'm running Amdapor hard, first time but I've seen video to which I tell the group as such. Everyone is cool with it and they say they've been there before so if I do anything off they'll let me know. Cool right? Right. Going through the trash mobs, dps is good, heals are good, this is clearly going to be a piece of cake as long as I don't mess everything up by doing something dumb cause I forgot something from the video. So we get to Achamoth he starts casting that attack that makes shadow clones of everyone that throws down AOEs and immediately I'm like "Oh HEY I REMEMBER THIS I JUST NEED TO TURN AWAY!" So I did.....but the rest of the group didn't so I have 3 AOEs all triangulated on my position. I live, no big deal they probably just messed up cause they didn't see the cast.....except it continues to happen every single time.

It didn't get any better from there.

tl;dr By the grace of gods we cleared Amdapor Hard with an awful group with mechanics that was out to get me.

Only had one group that did not do that, I have simply gotten used to making sure mine is faced the right way and then drag the boss to a safe spot.

When I have time I like to go through all my DRs, few nights ago I Q for Levelling with DRK (my main) and I get Tam-tara, one DPS had the sprout but everything seems OK.

First pull, the two guys after the entrance and the WHM in his Ironworks Fluid Aura one of those away. No problem really.. If it was once, the assmage used FA on CD and if that wasn't enough he was pulling things. I ask him to stop and as an answer I get "noob tank Eos tanks better than you" I tried to take it lightly and joked on the fact that there were no SCH and asked if he knew how enmity works. More and worse insults. Vote kick for harassment rejected. I tried to endure but I was getting more and more abused even if I wasn't even answering. At some point I raged on him and left. I still feel really disappointed by the world and I'd like cross-server blacklist were a thing.

Esoteric accessories are cheaper than weapons, and can be used by all tank jobs. Weapons and armor cannot. As we have no idea if he has other tanks at 60, my point still stands.

Couple things that come to me as possible reasons. Was that the healers first run in that dungeon? Or first run in a mass pull dungeon in general. When I got it first time ages ago now, it took me by surprise. And couple of the chests are a bit out of the way, if she went to them assuming you'd just do normal pull of about two groups, no wonder they are left behind.

First boss comes, they stand just right outside starting to type a question about mechanics, trusting to the common gesture that people don't pull until everyone is inside, and end up locked out when typing. Later in the dungeon they don't dare ask anything from you because, from their point of view you've been the arrogant asshats who pull boss without waiting everyone to be in, and instead tries to get answers from /fc chat or online which causes the pauses.

Just, possible other side to your story to think of.

Yeah that's what I did too, but they failed at mechanics at every fight. They had good dps but it wasn't spectacular enough where they could ignore mechanics.

Couple things that come to me as possible reasons. Was that the healers first run in that dungeon? Or first run in a mass pull dungeon in general.

There was no noob bonus, so no. Everyone had been there before. The healer didn't seem new to big pull heals either. It was more like they were semi-afk or something.

To give you an example, after the first boss I did a two step pull in the following hallway, and the healer had no problem keeping me alive ... until they stopped healing. It's not that they couldn't keep me up. They just stopped casting (full Mp, just to cover that base) and proceeded to, literally, run circles around my character (getting nailed by several AoE's in the process). We killed the mobs before they killed me (thankfully), and we moved on, but the healer just stood there for a minute and had to pop sprint to catch up again. After that, I proceeded to do baby pulls (one group at a time), because I simply didn't trust the Healer to not drift off into lala-land during the fights and the Dps were too slow to guarantee victory before death.

They also didn't stop at the short pulls, or even at a pull, for that matter. They were just plain stopping. We'd be running along, and they'd just come to an abrupt stop (No DC indicator either) in the middle of an empty hallway. Nothing there, and I don't have aggro on anything. They just stopped, frequently and for no apparent reason. They also didn't so much as utter a word during the entire run, even when I asked and gave them ample time to respond after the first boss wipe.

If I had to guess, I'd say that they were either being intentionally stupid (running circles around your tank and eating AoE's to the face instead of doing their job would suggest this), or they were thoroughly distracted by FC chat or real life ... in which case then they should not have queued for a dungeon in the first place.

Is not that they shouldn't Q of real life happens because real life happens when it wants to...not when you plan to but at the very least say "excuse me" or "something happened"...not just stand there without saying nothing.
