What Will You Name Your Chocobo?

Will Chocobos only have one name or a first name and a last name? Also will the names of your chocobo be exclusive like the name of your character, only one per server?

Hey guys! I wanted to pop in here and answer a couple of your questions that you had about the chocobo naming procedure.

Chocobo’s won’t have surnames and you will be able to input the name yourselves and not have to choose from a list of names.

With that said, my chocobo will be named Zapdos and we will be the very best, like no one ever was.

Actualy just had a rethink...

My character is named Konata and my path of the twelve partner is called Miyuki so my chocobo will have to be named either Kagumi or Tsukasa.
