    quick reload.... u can stack charges , and weave even more while u are using them.... MCH is waaaaaaay more mobile and with less casting than BRD.

    heave movement phase? u can deal with that as MCH , BRD has no options other than turning off WM losing 30% dmg, outside Straight shot! procs , Sidewinder (1 min CD) ....bard cast everything , not counting BL because is OGCD skill...we even have to cast for 3s if we want to provide songs.

    Anyway i think once u master the rotations every job is easy .... whats hard is doing the rotation while dealing with mechanics.

    The cast time for songs is a pain, yes, I will give it that. Now, if you're only counting dealing with mechanics of certain fights then certainly MCH will have an edge on the cast times there, but then as BRD you're not supposed to be using WM when you're moving and while you lose 30% damage you make up for a portion of it by being able to attack faster (I know it's not a 1:1 recovery, but it's still not a total loss). WM was always meant to be played as a 'when you have the chance' mode. Now if you put BRD and MCH on dummies with no mechanics, it's harder to say which one will do better flat out... personally I've never made the comparison with equivalent gear, which is why I said I don't have the numbers, but to me they feel about even on most standard fights.

    But yes, once again, any class you play to start off won't play well and mechanics will muddy the waters even more.
