Why did you choose your clan?

Fangs and I really really like the eyes. Slit pupils look really odd to me for some reason on miqo'tes.

I've got to admit, sun seekers with their 'clean' face option one the day because;

KOS-MOS + Miqo'te = Neko Kosmos = win

Kosmos needs that Seeker face, it's the closest in the game to real KOS-MOS. I do prefer the round eyes and fangs of the Moon Keepers, but the lack of a 'clean' face and somewhat grey cast to the lighter/brighter skin tones pushed me back to Seekers.

Though I would love for keepers to have a 'clean' face without markings, and a slight smile. If they threw in a few of the brighter skin tones from Sun Seekers as well, I'd switch back in a heart beat. A bob-tail option for both Miqo'te clans would be nice, and a bit more range on the proportions slider, along with it actually affecting waist/hips as well as chest...But we all know how likely *that* is to happen.

Suncats have much better options for a darker skinned character than Mooncat.
If I want to be pale, Mooncat would definitely be the best option.

I chose Duskwight for their facial hair options and the lore. I cannot say I am a fan of their skin tones though. I wish it had more variety like the Au Ra skin tone palette.

Mostly the stats. Raen scales would contrast better with my characters skin tone, but Xaela's are plenty nice.

Midlander faces are more pleasant than highlander faces, and they come with built in eyebrows (mine are painted on anyway, but that's besides the point).

To be perfectly honest, I chose Xaela because of the 23 STR and I like the look more than Highlanders.

I wanted a more catlike Miqo'te than the game offers, so went with the clan that had at least a tiny bit more cat features than the other. I'd rather have ears, a tail, and slit pupils than just ears and a tail but nothing else that's catlike. (Though I would have gone Keeper if their actual character designs implemented the catlike canine teeth their description says they should have.)

My Hyur is a Midlander because I like his pretty boy look.

And my Elezen is a Duskwight, but I don't actually remember why. (It's been too long since I created her.)

(I've also created a couple of fem roes, but haven't started either yet. I made one of each clan, but haven't decided yet which I like best.)

I'm a Keeper because I love the round innocent eyes opposed to the traditional cat-like slits. The fangs were an added bonus.

Later, I found I liked their lore a little better than the Seeker one.
