    It's hard to say "just let the vultures rot" when the current situation will remain for 4-6 months. And even then, new plots will also be bought by these "vultures" and they'll be reselling them once the new wards are full (yes, they'll be. And quite quickly).
    So, this will just run in circles until Ishgard and "true" personnal housing come into place... which won't even come in 3.3 but at least 3.4 or even 3.5. The time it takes for them to solve the housing issue is just insane.

    The vultures will most likely live quite a long life to be honest.

    Thank you for posting this. I was thinking of posting a thread asking the same thing. There's too much confusion right now, we need a clear answer on what is and what is not ok. I don't think that's too much to ask for.

    If this is against the TOS, I do hope those buying and selling receive proper punishment to discourage this behaviour in the future.

    I do too. I'm hoping that someone will just make a statement... or at least SE take a more direct, aggressive stance towards actual punishment for these people as opposed to the occasional ban to keep the masses at a murmur.

    I would like to note that the GM statement isn't exactly clear. It would certainly be a violation to sell a plot or house using real monies which may be what this msg is attempting to convey, but can the same be said for selling for gil?

    If SE doesn't take action against these people, it really doesn't matter how many wards they add.. The rich will buy them up to sell and people will go without again.

    Whether that action be punishment (if against TOS), or preventative measures, I don't care as long as it stops. Everyone needs a fair chance at housing.

    Not seeing it in the official ToS, unless you want to call it disrupting others' gameplay. If you want to go down that road, any MB listing, FATE group, hunt party, etc could fall into the category.
