Buy out one entire ward. Just own like, Ward 3 of the Goblet or something. It'd be glorious. And no one wants Goblet housing, anyway. Win/win.

Actually I really wanted to own the entire Ward 5 Subdiv of The Mist. But because I didn't have 30 alts (Or 15 Alts/15 Burner FC's) I just did the next best thing and moved in all my friends.

I'm p close with most people there, so when somebody gets ready to sell I make sure to get them in touch with a good friend looking to buy.

Actually made that neighborhood a neighborhood.

Well, I'm pleased to announce that my FC just upgraded from our medium, to a large^^. So we have a large now, a medium still to unload, and all of us have personal smalls, thank you SE, your timing was piss poor, but it worked out anyway! And for all those who didn't quite make it, well someone has to be Miss Columbia right?

To those who missed it, think of it this way, you may have missed out on a beach house. But there's now more chances to get a nice alpine house!

I'm using it to my advantage. You see, due to the limited amount of interactions with my server community, my blacklist is quite... empty. This is one of the situations where people's true colours show and I'm able to easily recognize the people who are not worth my time, to put it nicely. ^^

I see people near my house in front of Mist Beach crowded on plot 19th because the leader is "looks like" never online again but I keep seeing his member online so... I think people gonna disappointed waiting all time for nothing lol.

With joy I can announce I've obtained my house at the desired spot in the desired ward.
Despite not being there with the initial house rush.

I was lucky but I finally have it. I'm almost crying with joy!

Plenty of land still open on Lamia. One of my dear in-game friends managed to get the lot right above mine that I knew was going to open up. But another SIX lots, from small to medium, opened up in my Ward. Going to be a lot of new neighbors!

Honestly, this sort of behavior is why it took me and a friend of mine from well past when housing was released (Just now, we finally got ourselves a medium for our FC thanks to reclamation) and honestly, whether or not you need something to do with all that gil burning a hole in your pocket, you're preventing other players who were late to the party from getting their own FC estate or even a small to benefit from gardening/stables and the like.

SE really shouldn't allow a single account to own more than one FC/personal house per world, due to the inherent limited nature of housing.
