So after all this shining on PLD vs WAR vs DRK....here I am looking at the relics for each. WAR and DRK have crit/det on their weapons. PLD has low crit/high SS?!?!. Yes there is Det on the shield but its minor in comparison to almost 100 det on the others. How much more can PLD's get kicked while on the ground already?

Wow. Just Wow. Why don't they just throw some DEX on there while they are at it? For a moment, just a moment mind, I thought, oh, more SS, that's not bad, my auto attacks will be more frequent... And then my brain kicked in, and I remembered that SS doesn't affect auto attack delay. So high SS for a PLD just leads to faster TP starvation. Never mind that the lack of DET or STR hurts our already sub-par damage output. Those stats are really confusing, I wish we could get some explanation of the stat choices and their reasoning for each job, at least then we might know why they keep kicking PLD.

It's not like the 210 is required for anything right now.

Thordan sword is Crit/Det, people can just use that

Get a Hauteclaire and use the Almace for glamour. Make the effort investment now for when the stat-customization step comes out. Y'all have the cheapest Esoteric weapon in the game and it's not the worst option in the world. That parry may irritate some people, but considering most of the time a Paladin won't be off-tanking, it gets its use.

Some classes always luck out with stuff like this. There was a time where BRD BiS (during i130) was a crafted 110 chest with pentameld. As both token and raid chests were completely useless.

Speak for yourself. The Veil of Wiyu had 33 SS and 16 DET. And this was long before SS affected DoTs.

It's almost like the Omnilex and The Veil of Wiyu had identical stats.
