Can we please have filters for tell chat?

WoW had an addon that allowed you to block any message with a certain keyword. I wish we had that here.

"com"
"sale"
"cheap"
"price"

[Any number]<three or four 0's>[Space or no space]<k or K>

Would probably block most RMT tells...
