An Aware, Informed, and Critical community is vital for the success of a game.~ John "Totalbiscuit" Bain
seriously, shut up. I am over the moon we get +100 on char and +50 on each retainer, was a very unexpected surprise.
PS: Forum devs please give "Dislike" button
This is the reason I want more personal inventory space as well. In FFXI when you had to return to town to change jobs, you only needed so much space on your person, no matter how many jobs you played. Being able to change on the fly means I like to carry more around with me to take full advantage of that flexibility.I craft, gather, and kill things. The whole premise of the armory system was to pick up a weapon/tool/whatever and go, no matter where you are. Because I do everything, I'm currently carrying SEVENTY pieces of *gear* to enable me to change whenever I want. Add to that the mats I'm currently grinding on, and I have little to no room for farming/gathering drops.
I don't want to have to go back to my house and sort through inv in order to change jobs like XI. That's one thing I'm GLAD wasn't carried over.
+1 more inv, kthnxbai
Of course I'm all for housing also, but that's another topic.
The First Law of Roegadynics: "A Roegadyn may not injure a Lalafell or, through inaction, allow a Lalafell to come to harm."
I disagree with the OP.
Im glad about the additional 200 Inv. slots.
But they should lower it as soon as Housing comes.
I just hope materia is stackable otherwise we'll run out of those new spaces quick.![]()

I'm not sure what game you've been playing, but everyone I know that plays XIV is out of inv space.
Close the thread already.. We arent little girls that want to build houses.
I am happy with the extra 200 slots.
Be happy with the slots !!!
It's not silly. In this game more inventory is needed, a game that revolves around the armoury system AKA change to whatever job is needed for your group on the fly. 100 slots was not nearly enough to hold what you need at the start and it sure ain't enough a year into the game.
This is not EQ where you play one job, you can play all jobs, so the game needs to support that and this helps it do so.
This is a good change, goblin bag quests must be added in the future also!
What about you take a large chill pill. Who knows what will happen. Are you some kinda sugarhigh baby who wants everything this very minute?
Id love to see you in a store looking for an item, but they dont have it in stock so they tell you to come back in 14 days. Do you pull a tantrum in the store cause you dont get your wish on the spot?
Thank god im not on your server Rokien, and I feel sorry for the people who is on your server.
God, im considering giving up on reading game forums, nothing but bloody crybabies.
Im gonna laugh if Yoshi-P surprises you if housings is in this patch or 1.20.
This extra slot is a nice bonus to gatherers and crafters. Do you even give a thought about others then your own self?

I've said it before in other threads and I'll say it again.
It has already been noted by the forum moderators that asking for a thread to be closed or deleted is bad conduct. They won't lock or delete a thread just because you tell them to.
You don't pay them, so don't expect them to follow your orders.
If you think a thread should be closed, however, use the report button to report the OP of the thread and the moderators will come to a decision themselves on whether to take action on a thread.
