Why Shukuchi? I as a BLM wish I could tell my teleport where to go.

Haymaker is MNK's strongest single potency attack sans positional...but you'll never use it in a party/raid setting.
Every mob ever will be immune to feint and CC skills.
Wide Volley costs too much TP for something you can do for QN's positioning.
Dismantle, because if you're using mind rend, you're not using this. And also most, if not all unavoidable party damage is magic anyway.

Shukuchi for me, among a few others.
Now, I do use it quite a bit (Hello cliffhanger Gate!). But only ever for the lulz. It considers me rooted until I'm at the target, which makes it worse for dodging than just walking away. It's not faster than walking either, unless I use it at max range, which I have to be precise about because otherwise it just won't activate at all. Targetting then takes almost as long as walking there. So yeah, rarely useful.
Yeah, I think the only time I've seriously used Shukuchi is trying to get an extra GCD or so out on RavEx during the first burn phase.
Haymaker. Only Monk skill I never ever use.
Fuma Shuriken. The small bit of extra range will never make this worth using when we have Raiton as out single-target ninjutsu.
If they made it into a thin line AoE, it would have some cases to compete with Katon/Doton. Better potency when things line up correctly, or just for a better stretch AoE if you wanted to angle it around to hit an extra stationary add in a boss fight or something.
Shukuchi is awesome because if you need to get back fast you can. Or if your not into that you can completely negate knock backs like wash away in A3/S.
Leg graze and Foot Graze are absolutely useless.
Shadow Bind on BRD: not useful since T7 and even then most had their SMN do it cause they could DPS while doing that job
Feint: no DRG nor MNK will use it. You could argue that for BRD or MCH its useful sometimes, but is often a DPS loss over just turning off GB/WM for a gcd or 2.
Miasma II: For me at least, the damage over time is abysmal and it's hard to weave into my rotation at points unless I keep close to the foe. If anything the one thing that would make me consider it more would perhaps be just a small potency increase. I still have it on my hotbar for those situations but it's rare enough that I have considered removing it.
