Well, there are the coeurl briefs ^_~ and the summer evening trunks, I think they're called. Especially in combination with that coat, since the leg ties are on the leg that'd be covered by the coat.

While I am a massive fan of tall boots myself (I've lost count of how many my poor retainer is holding onto) we can't overlook the potential of shorts combined with other footwear too for maximum impact.

That's the casting version of the same bottoms. They have the tights too, it's just they look conveniently invisible.
