Whats with people hating F2P?

Like, they say theyd quit if it was.

Why? You like spending loads of cash and wasting money every month/two months/three? I hate it. Its a waste but I do it because I like the game.

Paying a sub monthly is really cheap compared to what a F2P would make you spend. 9 out of 10 items they'd implement in the game would go to the cash shop, because they're all optional after all. All those mounts and minions from achievements? removed and into the cash shop.

Then the RNG boxes kick in, instead of selling items directly, they make boxes with a chance to drop the outfit/mount/minion/whatever you want so you end up spending more. Next would be restrictions on accounts, number of chars you can make, retainers you can have, classes you can unlock, amount of gil you can obtain daily/weekly, unable to use market board or trade with other players which you can bypass if you buy a premium/elite (whatever you wanna call it) service which you pay monthly aswell. You basically end up spending triple or more than you would, and still paying that "loads of cash and wasting money every month/two months/three" sub. But of course, all of that is "optional".
Patches would be delayed several months more, because you're playing for free, they can take all the time they want and you can't complain, because you're again playing "for free". People would lose interest and quit, and less people to do stuff with. Queues would be lovely (/sarcasm).

I hate F2P but I am in full support of a tiered system like Runescape does.

That game is probably the most innovative online game I've ever played. And the content they release is good quality.

Going what were were told the only reason they couldn't monetise the Golden Saucer was because there would have been too many legal issues with the number of territories the game is in. Sadly it seems like this game is slowly going towards a cash shop heavy model.

Based on what exactly? In the past six months, the only content added to their Cash Shop has been old Scion cosplay, dyes also accessible in the game, bits and pieces of summer seasonal wear and Halloween outfits. None of this indicates a game gearing towards a heavy Cash Shop model. In fact, it suggests the opposite.

You know, I kinda prefer oranges because they are softer and don't really need to be chewed, but the peeling can be a bit annoying. Moreover, they are much better easier to make juice of because of this! Furthermore, they rarely taste as sour as apples do, even though it of course depends on the type. Not all apples taste the same after all. I also like the orange colour quite a bit more, the satiated orange seems so much more appealing than the slightly venomous green. Red apples are fine, though. Oranges don't seem to be quite as well suited for global plantations and are better off in tropical areas however.

I hate to see something like Gacha on every MMO I play, and it ended up as fashion showover than the main content.

For example, if everyone know Golf Game called Pangya, I already tired with this game. Because it's not about golf game anymore, but a dressing-up simulator. And a friggin' Gacha that gonna waste all your money for vanity... And this vanity have something godly ability too so... P2W~

What do you mean you can't compare apples and oranges?

It was directed more at some of the logical stretches some people were making comparing drastically different games that use a F2P model, such as LoL, to subscription based MMORPGs such as this one in terms of popularity and revenue models.

As for your question, the saying "comparing apples to oranges" doesn't mean that "you can't compare the two things", of course you can. What it means is that they are two different things and so direct comparisons of them may not work out due to their inherent differences.
Your " example" was really more a comparison of eating two fruit and therefore doesn't even fit into the "apples to oranges" framework even though you were literally comparing apples and oranges.
