Where and when the Warriors of Darkness are from is currently unknown, but from what information we have I'm inclined to believe they're from a future where all the Ascians were killed and Hydaelyn threw the balance too out of whack and something bad happened.

Deathflare is a miniaturized Akh Morn. Summoners also have a miniaturized Teraflare as their Lv3 Limit.

The Vanu are almost definitely genetically-degraded Allagan creations, as they considered protecting the key to Azys Lla a sacred task.

The Gnath are more iffy. Beyond the Phantom Ray sharing a skeleton / model with Ravana, there's nothing pointing to this beyond whatever you want to construe.
