Regarding Maintenance Currently ongoing.

The game is currently going through maintenance, however the launcher info doesn't say ANYTHING about it.

Get a day off, try playing your game, get a FU from staff cuz they don't care about informing you.

Dear S-E staff, the least you owe me now is extension by 2 days of the subscription time.



Doesn't say anything about 16th being in maintenance, I'm expecting to be compensated for your disinformation.

If you had been running regular maintenance I wouldn't be pissed off, but you aren't. So now compensate my time cuz in 2 days when the game is up and running, I'm off for a week-long trip at work and will not be back before my sub is up. And I'm not extending. Want to know why ? SIMPLE!

Right now is just downtime I think since most, if not all the worlds were having connection issues but true - compensation is plausible but not necessary.

Its emergency mainatenace, servers were having issues and they need to be taken down to fix. There is a post for this. Next time try checking things before abusing SE.

It's an emergency maintenance. If stuff goes wrong, it goes wrong. They are working on fixing it. It happens. They announce the start of an emergency maintenance ingame a little bit before it commences, but it's not like they can plan for emergencies.

If you had taken a look you would of found that there was only an issue with certain servers.

You do know the current emergency Chaos maintenance isn't the scheduled maintenance?

Something JUST happened and they deemed it important enough to pull the servers to fix it.
I'd rather they do that then, I don't know, lose all my character information forever.

I know right, seems that people that were on the servers were getting DC's non stop when zoning etc.

Wish people would check whats going on instead of immediately having a rant on the forums about a one and a half hour maintenance.

I pay my sub so they can get stuff working. Emergency maintenance is part of getting the game to work (sometimes). Therefore I am paying for this emergency maintenance and I honestly couldn't give a toss about it. I hope they DON'T reimburse me for that 1.5 hour maintenance and will go off on a forum rant if they do.
