Do you ever think the moogle attire will return?

The moogle attire was mainly a bonus for those who attended FanFest last year. People were unhappy as it was that it was made available to everyone via the livestream at the time so I seriously doubt SE would risk the fallout over making it buyable in the cash shop. It was a "thank you" reward for those who took part in Fan Fest, in person or remotely, so if you weren't involved you don't deserve the "thank you"...

Like many of the limited availability items in this game, if you missed it you missed it. It's nice that this game has a small selection of items that are truly rare due to no longer being available. You can't expect to show up late to the party and have everything you missed served to you on a plate.

Well I got the moogle set, and I don't feel I did anything extremely special or achievement worthy. I just bought access to a live stream to watch announcements being made. They should add it to something similar they do again in the future.

You do know that the attire was originally announced as a special bonus for those who attended the fan fest in person first? People asked for it, so they got a chance to get it through the stream. Which in cause, made people who attended the actual event angry. You may feel nothing special for buying it through the stream. But for some, like for me, who went to the event, this is a very special token of gratitude.

I still remember the closing ceremony, the tears, the joys. Something special that you cannot see through a small screen. The moogle attire is one small token to remember it all.

Considering how few people were able to get tickets relative to how many wanted to attend the Fan Fest, I think that making the suit available to people watching the stream was fair. I was able to attend in person, but many people who were ready and willing to purchase a ticket were not able to do so-- I don't begrudge them the silly suit just because they had less luck with the ticket site.

I don't think adding it to the cash shop now is quite right though. Maybe they could make some alternative cash shop moogle suit, or better yet add a different moogle suit to a future in-game event-- a different style. Different pom-pom. Whatever.

Oh? You got something and want it to be special and rare? Sooner or later im sure itll be back. Many, many people are requesting for it and desperately want it back. Im sure SE will one day answer their plead.

I can't say I understand all the hate over people who were willing to spend or be present for Square's various exclusives. Yes, I say it's hate cause if these people really didn't care they'd not be asking for them to be released on the cash shop. I've missed out on an untold number of exclusives between XI and XIV and I really don't care that I did. I wasn't able to afford to participate nor even wanted what some of the other exclusives that were available. I've even had people offer me spare codes for some of these and have flat out told them that it was up to them if they wanted to. They never gave me said codes, and I don't regret missing out in the slightest. It's not a big deal. If these people really wanted these exclusives then they should have done something about it at the time, they only have themselves to blame. Square has always announced these things months in advance.

Unless you worked really hard for something, dont complain about rarity.

Lets use Kirin for example. I worked so hard getting it only to see him EVERYWHERE I go. Literally almost everyone on my server has it. I wasted my time. I didnt even like the ponies anyway so I regret working my butt off getting them all.

The majority of people who got the suit payed 20$ for it. No work was done to achieve it. It was just bought. The people who actually went to the fan fest, I SUPPOSE they worked for it. But why do they care so much about people having it?
