This guide is very thorough, and definitely answered some questions I had myself when approaching 55 on my crafting classes. I'm going to have to map out what levels to get, and what gear to make, etc. Thank you!

Just tried to make collectable (crp 50, arr BiS) using 12ht 4 star rotation (13ht 3 star rotatios should be better) and found out that making collectables "from the shit" is not a problem at all. I prepared all materials NQ - it is not a problem. My script failed a lot of ht an i reached 80% quality approx. it was enough to get 3400+ collectability (1300-2500 needed). So, i think that crafting collectables is a way for progression near 50 too. I see, that it's need to be very unlucky to get an item with collectability <1300.
One remark - it's a good idea to levelup gathering to 51 at least before starting collectables craft at 50. Saves gil.
And one more remark. I got not only exp, additionnaly i got 2.2K gil. It was more than i spent on the market to buy some materials.

Yea, if you have BiS from ARR, it's pretty flexible... You can certainly do collectables very early for leveling too.Just tried to make collectable (crp 50, arr BiS) using 12ht 4 star rotation (13ht 3 star rotatios should be better) and found out that making collectables "from the shit" is not a problem at all. And indeed, Min/Btn will save a lot of gil.

There's a spoiler tag in Ch49 under Method 3, called "Method 3 - Rath's Rotation".I looked at the guide but I don't understand this how do you start off the 2 star craft? when i read camie's up to chapter 49 I don't understand where the start up method i think the method i read in chapter 49 is the end process

May be not so obvious to you, but if you find it, open it, then I have the whole rotation written out there.
The reference I put up there also links to Rath's rotation on the official forum. So the whole step by step procedure can also be found there as well.

This was a wonderful guide. However.. with the money and time issue, i've actually leveled completely from GC turn ins 50+. And I found collectables to be better than the xp given from the new leves. Someone told me that they nerfed it after release, because people were leveling 50-60 with the 50 leves. I wish to crap I would have done that. Lol.
Leaving a good impression is better than making people feel like they can't do anything right.
