Dyable Amatsu Set?

I love the new glamour items from the Maiden's Rhapsody, but I really wish the pieces were dyable so they're a bit easier to mix and match with other eastern sets (namely, in my case, the NIN Esoterics gear). I wonder if it would be possible for the developers to make them dyable, as they eventually did with the Guardian Corps and Bohemian sets from FFXIII.

I don't know why they keep making these cool sets and not make them deyable I mean if they need to do all the different colours why not just make it a few available at a time?

Would appreciate this, I got a good in game cosplay in mind with the armor and new hair added, just need to be able to dye the armor and it will be more than perfect!

I mean, the FFXIII stuff can be dyed, why not the Amatsu set?

The FF13 stuff was not originally dyeable.

Mayhaps with enough positive requests (Not the rageposts) requesting it then SE will let us dye it.
Though its possible they chose not to allow recoloring it out of respect to the source material?

I personally really liked the Amatsu set even though we can't dye it (yet), and loved the event as it rekindled the great memories I had playing FFXI before everyone I knew left it. Though I had left midway through Abyssea, I had kept informed enough to at least know who the NPCs that I wasn't around to see were from. I'll probably go back to Vana'diel at some point in the future, albeit with a new character and see for myself just how much things have changed (and to get my fill of Blue Mage, it really does need to be put in XIV, and done well hopefully).

Whilst I would like for the Amatsu set to be dyeable I think it looks great as is, it is supposed to evoke the look of the star NPC of FFXI's final content patches so at least for a while it should remain undyeable to respect the work that was put into the design itself and the work put into crafting this great collaboration event for us. I'm sure that like other undyeable event gear though that it will likely become dyeable in a patch or two, or once it starts being sold via the cash shop, and if not it still looks great and will be on my Dark Knight glamour at least for a while.

I really have no idea why all of the undyeable items. Pretty disappointing. Server limitations let me guess?

Yeah I wish they were able to by dyed as well.

I'm sure eventually they'll let em be, just like most other things that weren't originally able to be dyed.
