New glamour dress on a male (art)

These glamours should fit all genders. SE should remove gender restrictions from equipment (maybe except underwear, haha). It's sad to see that I can wear Best Man suit, for example, but the Bride maid's set cannot be equipped by male characters.

Their only relation is the fact that both were released when the Gold Saucer itself released (which is also true of the Riviera and Oasis ones). There was never any association of the Gamblers set with males. There was simply one set for everyone, a couple partial sets with male and female counterparts, and one fully female set with no counterpart.

Players had speculated about whether it might be gender locked. That's different than it being designed to be gender locked. (And wasn't there also an early concept art pic of it that showed it on a female Roe?)
