It's a Pld mt dps increase, which Pld needed extremely badly compared to the other two tanks, and a mt enmity increase by being ogcd. Before Shield Swipe was a dead skill on Pld, but yeah anything that is ogcd is a dps increase for a class. So it's a buff

If it was a dead skill and wasn't being used AT ALL (I don't know it) shoud be a 150 potency increase /15 seconds, so... 10 potency/second, so.... around 70 dps more? That woud be something xD

I am on the fence, to me it's neither a buff or a nerf. I used it as a way to get more tp, but rarely had any actual utility, and it was normally gone before I had time to finish my rotation.

Iit should be a buff even at that low potency. That said, this change just looks... so damn makeshift. It doesn't help dps in the the larger position of concern, MT, and if anything reduces some of our versatility and uniqueness in dungeons (since we can no longer spam pacify). It would at least make more sense for them to copy Low Blow's CD-reset mechanic...

I'm not sure why the decided to use GB, specifically, as their way to reduce average TP costs, either.
