    I wouldn't take the JP Blog's early post as an indication of availability. It takes them a while to get the blog updated for other languages. This is an international MMO so it will launch worldwide (outside of China and South Korea due to their versions being actual different versions).

    Actually, they almost always update the blog very quickly. What takes forever is them posting about the blog post on the Lodestone news, Twitter, etc.
