Make Cid's old clothes available for use as glamour (including his beard)

Nero's civilian attire seems to just be a palette swap of the ALC AF outfit, so it's hardly unique (only it's colouring is). But more glamour options are only a good thing, so I support this! (ignoring my girly crush on Cid as well of course ).
