It's just bordering on unplayable tonight. The action pauses for several seconds every 2-3 seconds during dungeon runs. It's like watching a slideshow.

run it for longer... you can go long periods with perfect connection and then get ping spikes and packets lost for a bit and then go back to a perfect connection.
