In a final note. This is only step 1 in fixing housing. You will be able to assign friends co-ownership of your house who can help keep it alive if you have to go overseas or something. People are forgetting this system they are adding.

If people are antisocial and have no friends to help out, the I guess that's tough, but something those people have to live with.

the house sharing feature gives other people access, nothing they have said implies those people become "co-owners". nothing about housing removal says those people count. the reclamation note specifically says "accessed by the owner".

sure the notes can be wrong, but i'm not going to make that assumption when what has been said does not suggest that.

If it is a personal house. He needs to enter it in order to reset the time. Only FC houses are reset when random members enter.

Halting Demolition
Any free company member or private housing owner entering the estate at any time prior to demolition will cancel the demolition process.
