Now if Techno tried to list the three possibilities... there would be no problem. Btw. I would like to know these myself, as I don't see how could you read it any other way.

"Rescource bank" - It has something to do with the bank, which is our context. Rescource = resource. So it has something to do with materials.

"can we have retrainer have mates rescource bank this cute down on the run out inventory" => Can we have retainers have mats resource bank this cut down on running out inventory =>

Could our retainers include resource bank for materials? This would cut down running out of inventory space.
If I include my knowledge from other MMOs, it would include:
    1. the possibility of having a separate "resource bank" in which we can craft anywhere (or only at a "crafting bank" without them in your inventory) without having to have the materials in your inventory, and being able to deposit (only) materials to it from anywhere (even without a bell).
    2. "mates resource bank" -> a material bank where you or your friends/FC members (aka mates) can deposit only materials for each of you to use in crafts. Now you might be asking "who uses the word mates in that context?" well, there *are* other countries that speak English aside from America, and use a different version of English.
    3. a separate retainer that strictly holds materials but an unlimited amount of them, but is accessed normally through the bell.

Now if I was trying to mock his English I probably would have posted something along the lines of "your English sucks, try again." I was trying to word it as nicely as possible without coming off as rude, but I guess I failed there. I honestly had a hard time understanding it.
