Healer standing around doing no DPS healing every 3-4 seconds, often some pretends to do something by running around in circles.

I had to comment on this one as you're pretty much describing how I main as WHM. My problem is that if I go into Cleric Stance and start wailing away on the boss, I all too often end up in DPS tunnel vision mode, want to get ONE more Stone III off - and someone dies.

I'm there as a healer. My main priority must always be to keep the rest of the group alive, and as I tend to be unable to do that if I help out with DPS I -have- to choose to simply stay out of Cleric Stance, ready to save the day at a moment's notice.

Beel leveling a some dps to get nin to 60. Healer who WASNT a new player was literally spamming medica in order to heal the tank while dps was taking no damage. As a lvl 60 whm i suggested the healer use cure to heal tank so he wouldnt peel aggro and die repeatedly. 5 seconds later I was kicked. Literally never used cure.

I did the same with Tales of Xillia, "by the power of Maxwell!" ... "greyskull" :P

On topic ish - I ran Satsasha unsynced as WHM last night, killed everything apart from the bosses with Aero :P very easy way to tick off a Wondrous Tails task!
I'm doing the other ones properly through DF though for the possibility of a "second chance" etc - glad there seems to be a decent variation on what things you need to run too. Mine had 2x PVP, 2x Coils, 3 that could be done via the roulettes and some EX primals.
