I love the idea of a fan, but then again I love the idea of an asian-themed expansion/update so I might be biased.![]()

a butt staff would be cool

we don't need weapons, all our power comes from inside us. Kaaameeeehaaameeeehaaa ! Curaga !
I would like some magical gems/stones floating around and spinning beautifully when you cast a spell
(Just like Nu Wa's magical gems from SMITE)
Or maybe a Big scroll with some weird symbols and drawings in it.

Uh not really lol.
Chakram, Chakri (smaller variation), Chakkar, Cakeram, and Chalikar are all names for it, Chakra is a type of energy.
If we're talking specifically about the weapon, it's Chakram. If you're translating Sanskrit then yes Chakra would work but all it really means is "wheel"

Nothing like throwing glass bottles at people to heal them lmao. I would think the Chemist's weapon would be a 'vial" containing the Philosopher's Stone. This will allow the Chemist to mix potions during battle to change its effects, and potency. I think it would work from a lore perspective as well.
Dancer might be a good job for the next healing position. Using silks weaved with aether to encourage and bolster the party through healing dances and fancy moves. It would also make the healer look more active instead of just standing there like a statue.

A whip, like rydia and quistis I also like the idea of chakrams or darts or bombs. The problem with healer weapons though is that it's kind of a waste unless they get some weaponskills which probably won't happen cause it'll open up the skill speed/spell speed issue PLDs and DRKs are facing. So if they give them a weapon that seems like an actual damaging weapon it'll be disappointing to see it as nothing but auto attacks (which it won't even do most of the time unless it's a ranged weapon as mages are ranged).
This doesn't really make sense to me, to be honest. All jobs, not just healers, are either locked to weaponskills or magic and have limited interaction/weapon action to that effect; in fact, Astrologian may be the job that has the MOST interaction with their weapon in regards to Draw and Lightspeed. Unless you mean animations, which are not locked to the weapon but the job...?A whip, like rydia and quistis I also like the idea of chakrams or darts or bombs. Back to topic, I always thought measures would be a good healer weapon to add in. Granted, they've only appeared in one game so far (FFXII), but star globes were a new weapon class to appear in XIV, so...who knows.

Am very interested in measures a mathemetician would be great lore wise it fits due to arcanist using geometric shapes with geometry being a form of mathematics. Vials would be great I don't remember what game I was playing but there was a healer that was trowing vials and walked around with old medicine bag and had that doctors mask with the long beak was really koo could be a tp healer. Bombs would be great having al, weapon skills having splash damage I think it was GW2 but healers with bombs was a thing
Hmmm hammers maybe? great hammers.... aoe heal by hitting the ground... healing by hitting people over the head with it... And it should be inverse size to your character so a lala would have something insane while a roe would have something like a drum stick
Seriously though... fans or maybe something with music would be nice to have.
