FFXIV online commercial

Well, that was a first for me, I just saw a commercial on TV for FFXIV (free trial). Lots of snow, a bit of Dark Knight, Astrologian, a Paladin throwing up sheltron and assorted enemies being beaten. Arise brave heroes, embark on an epic journey, etc...

Nice to see some actual promotion of the game, it seems like it's making enough money to justify budgeting some marketing $$$, in addition to the on going investment with the new data center and continual development.

I saw that same commercial as well watching Adult Swim last night. I was playing at the same time so it caught me by surprise a bit when I saw a DRK and AST on my T.V screen.

It was a tv commercial that originally put it in my mind to start playing. Up until then I had no idea how the game was doing and hardly ever heard anything about it. So there's been tv ads for a while now, but I haven't seen one since.
