They'll all be crafted, and thus able to be dyed, eventually. See all the dungeon gear from 2.0, i90 crafted stuff was Foestrikers/etc., for example.

its probably coming as a reskin dye-able set of crafted gear in the next upcoming patches like all other dungeon gear.
