Will some what agree with you there. the other day i decided to pop in there to see if i could make a quick bit of gil and get some sp to boot. The place was packed, I found exactly 3 retainers trying to get something fixed. the rest seemed to have there bazzar's packed with items to sell.

Nice Idea in general ! However... Who would go there and seeks people repairs, when everyone sets repair price for excat same amount as is sell price of dark matter at NPC.Hello Square Enix and all players,
I don't really know if there is a post about this or if it is a good or bad idea, so i will just post and see what people think about this.
What would you think of adding a repair ward ?
So you can put a retainer there only to get stuff repaired and more then 5 items at once.
As example when you have to head off to bed but you need to get your stuff repaired..
It would be nice if you could put it in a repair ward put some cash in and have all your items repaired by the next day or something..
So you would not have to stand around ingame and wait to get repairs but could do it over night, and move on the next day with your quests or whatever you are to do.
Because now at the moment you can do that with your retainer but no one is going to walk through all the wards looking for who is in need of repairs..
So the repair ward would be known for just people that need repairs.
The ward would not be able to sell stuff offcourse but people would know that they can go in there and help lot's of people with repairing their equipment..
Or something like that where you can request repairs without having to be online..
I would be very nice to have something like that i think..
But like i said.. it's just an idea.
Kind Regards,
Kevin.
I would not. From this I assume this is pointless. It will not create any bussiness in game. No other than is in the game now.
This ward is no needed. People often repair things in theirs own Linkshell. SE needs focus on different things that will improve battle and UI and add more content than repair ward imo, which would be useless at the end.
EDIT :
And as someone said here before... its like in game already :-)) Which I dont even know so lol.

Well it's not ingame as the menders ward is filled with selling stuff. Can't even see who needs repairs and Griss went in there to see who needed repairs so many would do that.Nice Idea in general ! Yup, UI should tells us what is ward for. Now you can see it in chat, but that is not enough. It should say when you re selecting ward in some window.![]()
menders ward should also have a npc that sells dark matter so people can repair in this ward if they would take out all the shops!

or something like that![]()
@OP
They have a Menders Ward, it's not SE's fault that players are incompetent and ignorant of the ward names/uses.
my post is in all bold, it makes it easier to read.
"Your" is possessive. "You're" means you are.
