Moving from free 30 days to paid?

Hi! I was wondering: I'm still only to about 7 or 8 days into my free first 30 days, so I was wondering, if I bought a time card, and registered it, would it cancel out the rest of my free days? Or does it stack on top of the free days? 20-some days is a lot of free days to lose out on, so I just wanted to be sure.

Also, if I bought a time card, and registered it, would I get the veteran rewards right away?

I wanted to try and catch you before you possibly added a game time card to your account! If you have not had the chance you should really get a Recruit-a-Friend code as it will give you access to a nice group of items that will help you level MUCH faster. In case you have not you can use this code - P8R3TWPZ - in your account and that will get you the items directly upon your adding a game time card. If you have more questions I'll gladly help out with doing such a thing. (^_^)

To use a code:
1 - Log into the Mog Station.
2 - Click on "Manage Service Options"
3 - Click the button that says "Enter Recruitment Code"
4 - Enter one the code above

I'm in love w/ how you say this and yet in your signature you have a plug for a friend code right there... I'm actually here trying to help someone benefit from using the service and do not care about it from a recruiter perspective as I am not in need of that anymore. My other thread is literally me giving a new player an entire new copy of the game + the expansion not because it helps me but because it's a good and kind thing to do in the world. Also seeing as it's non-returnable at this point (past the 90 days unopened PC date) and doing me and my group absolutely no good just sitting there why not let it go to use for someone who has been considering playing FFXIV?

Anyway thanks for attempting to muddy an honestly innocent and helpful reply to a new players post with an obviously self-minded and self-serving one of your own, it's that playerbase that makes people feel very welcomed indeed. Have a nice day (^_^)

Confirm that it stacks? It does indeed!
I had 24 days left to use for my free 30 days, and after I added a 60 day card, I had 84 days to use.

And I did get my veteran rewards right away!
