    Those of us who watched it grow since 2.0 launch know, but a lot of people probably don't even know that the toll grew from essentially an encampment with tents to a near city-state like area over the span of the 2.X patches. I can't say when the OP first started playing, but I think by November 2014 (the date they joined the forums) Revenant's Toll was already pretty much as it is now-- paved and stone buildings.

    See that's a hole in my little fun theory, not quite sure what to say about revanents toll. I would say for arguments sake that there was already a camp there when the game started right? Are there any npcs that remember the old camp?
