To the people who vote dismissed me for "offline"

It's okay.

My ISP decided to have a brain fart and disconnected my alt character (Anzu Waterkeeper) from Tamtara during the first boss. I managed to get back on twice, getting re-kicked each time.

The third time I logged in, a vote-dismiss had already been commenced for "offline" and I was booted from the dungeon.

If you were in that party, please do not feel bad! I was going to suggest it anyway.

I am not upset at you, just at my ISP.

I know the feeling! I've been kicked out of the game multiple times before due to internet connection problems and it is frustrating, don't think I've ever been kicked from a dungeon for it before but I do remember one instance I ran with a friend a few months ago where my friend suddenly dc'd from the game shortly into the run. He was still on ts at the time and was trying to log back in before they kicked him. I told the rest of the party the situation and they were cool about it but for some reason he could never log in and eventually gave up so at that point I told them it was okay to kick him. I felt bad that they waited so long, but I really appreciated that they were willing to wait it out and give him a chance.

Whenever I have lag spikes, or it's storming out, I let the party know I may DC and I will come back but in the case of storms, I tell them my power may go out. So may as well vote me out because I'm not coming back lol.

Not to belittle the original post but this seems alot like an attempt to fish out the members of that party. I mean, I've not been kicked from a party often but I never once felt the need to post about it on the forums, it's just not that big a deal. If they really weren't that bothered, why the need to post about it here?
